Frequently Asked

What kinds of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit science photos work best — plants, animals, insects, rocks, clouds, weather events, physical phenomena like shadows or water. The AI identifies the science concept automatically. Avoid blurry, very dark, or heavily edited images.
How many PDFs do I get per photo?
For grades K–2, you receive 14 PDFs per photo. For grades 3–5, you receive 16 PDFs (the additional two are a Self-Reflection Worksheet and a CER Writing Scaffold). Every order also includes two bonus guides: “How to Read a Photograph” and “How to Use Your Packet.” All-grades orders generate PDFs for every grade level.
How long does processing take?
Most orders are ready in 60–120 seconds per photo. Multi-photo or all-grades orders may take several minutes. You'll see a live progress indicator, and a download link will be emailed when complete.
How long is my download link valid?
Download links are valid for 24 hours. Always save your ZIP locally after downloading. If your link expires, contact us and we can regenerate it.
Can I use these materials in my classroom?
Yes! All generated materials are licensed for your personal classroom use. You may print and distribute them to your own students. You may not resell or post publicly without permission.
What if my photo is rejected?
Every uploaded photo goes through an AI safety check. If your photo contains inappropriate content, identifiable children's faces, is not science-related, or is not a real photograph, it will be rejected and you'll receive an automatic refund.
